An energising and restorative Vinyasa Flow Yoga Practice with Lucy Findlay
A 90-minute dynamic breath-led flow that takes you through a rounded sequence ending in deep relaxation (Savasana).
This is suitable for all levels, with modifications for beginners and variations for those with a more advanced practice.
The classes can be taken at a pace that suits you on any given day – whether you are after a more gentle flow or want to challenge yourself – listening in to what it is that your body needs.
