About the event

Emily Lampson (nee Watkins), chef and proprietor of The Barn, is a multi award winning chef of 25 years experience. She worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants around the world before running and cheffing at her own 3 Rosette dining pub in the Cotswolds. She launched The Barn for pop-up feasting menus in April 2024 at her family farm in west Dorset.


This months supper clubs will be an immersion in authentic Thai food, a speciality of Emilys. With the Thai festival of Loy Krathong in mid November, what better way to celebrate it with a feast of 10 of the most delicious Thai dishes. The Barn is a vibrant and warm space, and with the aromas of Thai food cooking, great music & lanterns hanging it promises to be a wonderful evening.
