About the event
Award-winning chef Thomasina Miers is coming to The Barn for a one-off evening, cooking a feast of dishes from her brilliant new book, due out later this year — with Emily joining her in the kitchen as sous chef.
Written after a six-month sabbatical in Mexico with her family, Tommi’s new book celebrates the country’s 12 most iconic ingredients — from chillies and citrus to chocolate and cinnamon.
The evening will be brimming with flavour, fun, and atmosphere, beginning with a complimentary Mexican cocktail before sitting down to a vibrant feast.
Drinks are not provided, guests are asked to bring along their favourite wine or drinks to enjoy with their dinner.
