A hands on one day cookery course designed for teens. Based around a 3 course lunch which they will enjoy, and with afternoon tea to take home, your teen will come away with a love of cooking and a wide range of skills and tips for the kitchen.

About the event
Specifically designed for teenagers, Emily has created a day where she can teach them a wide variety of skills to give them the confidence to tackle a recipe, understand methods and create delicious food. Most importantly it will be relaxed and fun, with everyone working together to gain as much experience as possible.
The day will be centred around preparing a 3 course lunch, which they will enjoy as each dish is prepared together at the long tables. Then it will be back to the kitchen to finish off the next course. They will also be bringing home a treat to share with you!
Emily (and her assistant) will talk through every stage, demonstrating and assisting where needed. There will be a lot of chatter about techniques being used, why we do something, how to be organised and, very importantly, how to wash up properly!
