In mid October in Phuket, there is a 10 day celebration to honour the 9 Emperor Gods. It has become known as the vegetarian festival as abstaining from all meat is essential to cleanse the mind and body. Happily for us, there is a variety of incredible dishes which have now become tradition.

About the event
Emily Lampson (nee Watkins) is a multi award winning chef of 25 years experience. She worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants around the world before being the chef proprietor at her own 3 Rosette dining pub in the Cotswolds.
In April 2024 Emily opened The Barn with the first supper club at her home in west Dorset. Since then they have become a sought after destination for sensational food and a wonderful atmosphere. With feasts ranging from Vietnamese to very local menus, be prepared to be transported for a culinary journey with numerous dishes to share and enjoy in a lively, warm and beautiful barn conversion.
