Lucy Findlay Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class
We are delighted to host Lucy Findlay at The Barn teaching a Vinyasa Flow yoga practice every Wednesday morning during school term time.
Weekly classes are dynamic and energising, with modifications for beginners and variations for those with a more advanced regular practice. Expect a 60 minute breath-led dynamic flow that takes you through a rounded sequence ending in deep relaxation.
Her yoga classes are being recognised as an essential part of her regular clients week.
With a background in Medicine Lucy has seen first hand the complexities individuals might experience through their own unique journey in life. What became most apparent to her was in how much the different layers of self; the mind, body and breath all interact and influence our daily lives and how we show up for ourselves.
